1 lb. sausage
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Baked potatoes

Brown and drain 1 pound sausage, add taco mix and water.

Simmer about 20 minutes.

Serve over baked potatoes and top with shredded cheese.
