FONDUE BREAD
3 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 lbs. Muenster cheese, shredded

In a large bowl, combine sugar, salt, yeast and 1 cup flour. In a 1 quart saucepan over low heat, heat butter and milk until very warm. Pour over dry ingredients, beat with a mixer until just mixed. Gradually add rest of flour until a soft dough is formed. Turn dough on a lightly floured surface. Knead about 10 minutes.

Shape into a ball and put in a bowl and cover. Let dough set for 15 minutes. Reserve 1 egg white. Combine remaining eggs and the cheese in a large bowl. Grease a 9" round cake pan. Roll dough out into a rectangular shape. Take cheese mixture and shape into a cylinder shape. Put on dough. Fold dough over, pinch ends. Place a round cake pan. Cover with towel and let set 10 minutes. Brush with egg white. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Remove from pan immediately and let cool, slice and serve.
