HARVEST FRUIT SALAD 
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 - 11 oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained
20 oz. can pears, drained and chopped
3 Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
2 lrg. unpeeled apples, chopped
1 c. pecan halves

Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple chunks aside. Pour juice into a small saucepan; add sugar and flour. Bring to a boil. Quickly stir in egg; cook until thickened. Remove from heat and cool - then refrigerate.

In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, oranges, pears, Kiwi, apples and pecans. Pour dressing over and blend well. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Serves 12 - 16.
