CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. lump crabmeat
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. cayenne
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash Tabasco
Dash Worcestershire
2/3 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Mix crab meat and bread crumbs (gently). Mix all other ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour this over crab-bread crumbs and fold in. Chill. Shape into cakes and pan-fry in oil until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
