CREAM CHEESE PECAN PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

TOPPING:

3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the cheese, sugar, egg, salt and vanilla. Spread over bottom and sprinkle pecans evenly over it. Combine topping and pour on top. Pecans will rise to the top while in oven. Bake 35 - 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
