WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1-12 oz. pkg. fresh cranberries, washed and sorted
1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp. orange zest

Bring orange juice, orange zest and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add cranberries. Turn flame down to low and simmer about 20 minutes, or until the skins of fruit have popped. Chill.

Makes: About six servings.
