GAZPACHO SOUP 
3 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 bunch scallions, well minced
1 sm. green pepper, seeded and minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tomato, chopped
1 can beef consomme
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Couple dashes Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients in gallon container. Pour in enough V-8 juice to fill (approximately 1 1/2 large cans). Let sit in refrigerator for 12 hours before serving.
