FRUIT BALL 
2 packs cream cheese
1 can fruit cocktail
Vanilla instant pudding
Graham crackers

Open fruit cocktail and pour into a strainer, mash the fruit cocktail to remove all juice. Remove cream cheese from fridge and place into a big bowl, add fruit cocktail (after being drained), and dry pudding mix. Mix together thoroughly with hands and shape into ball. Set aside.

Put 5 graham crackers in a food processor, grind to a dusty powder. Pour into a plate.

Take the fruit ball and roll it in the graham crackers until completely coated. Place on a nice serving dish and serve with graham crackers (regular or honey).

My church members love this when I make it for dinners.
