1 pkg. Chicken Rice-A-Roni
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 bunch scallions, sliced
1/4 tsp. curry
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Cook rice according to directions. Cool and add rest of ingredients. Serve at room temperature.
