COCONUT--PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
1/2 cube butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornmeal, mix with flour
1 can Angel flake coconut

Mix all ingredients. Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown and crust is done.
