WHIPPED CREAM WALNUT MOLD 
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz.)
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
1 c. crushed pineapple

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add pineapple juice and chill until partially set. Fold in cottage cheese, whipped cream, nuts, cherries and pineapple. Pour into oiled mold or bowl and chill until firm.
