VOCNA TORTA (FRUIT TORTE) 
BATTER:

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
7 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix first eggs and sugar, mix high speed until well blended, approximately 25 minutes.

Then add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon oil; mix additional 5 minutes. Add flour; mix 3 minutes. Place in 12" springform pan. Line with wax paper on bottom. Coat pan with butter lightly and sugar. Pour in batter bake 35 minutes at 300 degrees. When cool, cut each layer in half to make four.

FILLING:

1 lb. can sliced peaches, drain, cut in threes, long way
1 lb. can fruit cocktail, drained
2 bananas, sliced
3 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
14 oz. Cool Whip

1ST LAYER: Apply Cool Whip to cover bottom of cake then arrange peaches then apply some fruit cocktail. Next apply strawberries, follow with sliced bananas. Layer with Cool Whip. Repeat above. Then remainder Cool Whip.
