VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen broccoli spears, cooked & drained
1 box frozen cauliflower, cooked & drained
1 can potatoes, sliced
Onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Fried onion rings

Layer vegetables in casserole dish. Add seasonings and spoon soup over vegetables and top with onion rings. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
