VENISON STROGANOFF 
2 lb. venison cubes
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 sm. pkg. noodles
2 lg. cans mushroom gravy

Fry venison, onion, celery, salt and pepper until done, about 1/2 hour or more. Have noodles already cooked. Put all together with mushroom gravy; simmer until hot. Serves 2-3. Serve with hot biscuits.
