TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1 1/2 c. noodles
Broth
1 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mushroom soup
1 c. tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
2 tbsp. buttered crumbs

Cook noodles according to package directions using broth instead of water. Cook celery, parsley, green pepper and onion in broth until tender. Drain and add noodles, soup, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and turkey or chicken.

Mix well. Place in casserole. Add cheese and top with crumbs. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven until lightly browned. Serves 6 to 8.
