DANNON MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour (whole wheat)
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. plain yogurt
2/3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. fruit (apples or berries)

Reserve 1/4 cup sugar and mix with cinnamon for middle and top. Combine remaining ingredients and fill muffin tins 1/3 full. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon mixture and fill 2/3 full. Sprinkle with remaining mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes.
