ANN'S OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 eggs
1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. plain yogurt
3/4 c. milk
2 med. apples
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. processed bran
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, processed bran, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. In a bowl, mix eggs, soft butter, plain yogurt, milk and grated apples. Combine dry ingredients with liquid ingredients and fold lightly. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
