3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3 jalapenos (chopped)
3 tbsp. onions, chopped fine

Beat eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients. Bake in pie plate at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbling or brown on edges. You can do this recipe with 4 cups cheese and 4 eggs.
