CORN WITH JALAPENOS AND CHEESE 
2 (16 oz.) cans white or yellow corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives and onions, softened
3-4 chopped jalapeno peppers

Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart covered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
