PUMPKIN CAKE ROLL 
Beat 3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon

FILLING:

1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together, spread on cake. Spread on greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with 1 inch edge. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn over on towel or wax paper, sprinkle with sugar, put a little on top of roll. Roll up and cool. Unroll and spread with filling. Reroll and chill overnight.
