GOLDEN FUDGE 
1 lb. (2 1/4 c.) firmly packed light brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. (2 c.) butterscotch flavored morsels
1 jar (7 1/2 to 10 oz.) marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped California walnuts
1/2 c. golden raisins

Combine in 2 1/2 quart saucepan brown and white sugars, butter and milk. Place over medium heat and stir until butter is melted. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils for 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in butterscotch morsels and marshmallow cream until thoroughly blended. Add walnuts, golden raisins, and vanilla extract. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch square pans. When cold, cut into squares. The candy may be kept in a closed container. Yield: approximately 3 1/3 pounds.
