APPLE RELISH 
6 c. uv chopped apples, peeled
2 chopped green peppers
2 chopped red peppers
1 cuppa chopped onions
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 cuppa vinegah
1 cuppa watah
1 1/2 c. sugah
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. tumeric

Cook slowly for 45 minutes and put in 3 pint jars.
