CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4 oz. melted)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 or 1 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix oil, chocolate, and sugar. Blend in eggs, one at a time, until well mixed. Add vanilla. Mix in flour, salt and baking powder. Chill several hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop teaspoonful of dough into confectioner's sugar. Roll around and shape into a ball. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen small cookies.
