1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. corn oil
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Sift together salt, flour, and baking powder. Mix corn oil, chocolate and sugar; blend in one egg at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. Chill. Take a teaspoonful of dough, roll in confectioners' sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 50.
