BAKED CHICKEN ALLA MIA 
3 lb. chicken for roasting (use thighs & breasts)
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
10 garlic cloves, crushed
2 c. Italian white wine

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Wash the chicken parts and dry. Remove skin. Put the chicken in large pan and sprinkle with rosemary, seasoning and garlic. Bake for 15 minutes, turning the chicken to brown. Add the wine and cover; cook for 15 to 20 minutes more. Serves 4.
