SAUCY MEATBALLS 
Basic meatballs
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Snipped parsley

Prepare basic meatballs. Combine cooked meatballs, soup, milk, and nutmeg in large skillet; heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream, cover and heat 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
