MOM'S STEAK `N GRAVY 
2 lb. round steak (cut into serving pieces)
1 tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
2 bouillon cubes, beef
1 c. water
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. water

Brown meat pieces and onion in oil. Pour water over steak, add bouillon cubes. Simmer for 1 hour or until tender. Mix flour and water; add slowly to pan liquid and stir to mix gravy. Season to taste. Serves 4. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
