NO-SALT STEAK IN TOMATO GRAVY 
3 or 4 cubed steak (4-6 oz. each)
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. corn oil
1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
Chopped red pepper as desired (optional)

In a large skillet, saute onion, garlic and peppers in corn oil until light brown. Add stewed tomatoes and heat through. Place cubed steaks in sauce and simmer until meat is done.
