STEAK IN MUSHROOM GRAVY 
Round steak
Potatoes (optional)
Onion (optional)
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
Carrots (optional)

Cooking time: approximately 4 hours.

Tenderize steak with salt and pepper approximately 4 hours before cooking.

Cut steak into individual pieces and roll in flour. Brown in skillet.

In large pan add the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup with 1 and 1/2 cans water. Stir until mixed.

Add the browned steak. Turn heat low. Stirring occasionally. With lid on pan cook for approximately 4 hours.

If potatoes and carrots are added: add cut up approximately 2 hours before you are ready to serve.
