PECAN LOGS 
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. light brown sugar
2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
3 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten

Place butter in a large bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Add brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir well. Blend in pecans and Bisquick mixing thoroughly. Pour batter into greased 8x12x2 inch dish. Microwave on high for 10 minutes rotating dish half turn every 3 minutes, 20 seconds. Center will not be quite set, but will firm upon cooling.

When cool, cut into thin bars. Sprinkle top with confectioners' sugar or roll each piece in sugar. Makes 40 to 50 bars.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
