PECAN LOGS 
1 sm. box powdered sugar
1 jar marshmallow creme
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3 c. chopped pecans

Combine first three ingredients and mix well. Shape into 4 rolls on waxed paper. Melt caramels and evaporated milk in double boiler, stirring occasionally. Pour slowly over each roll. Coat with pecans.
