1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 sm. yellow onions 2 bell peppers 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 2 1/2 lb. tomato sauce 1 c. sliced stuffed olives 1/2 c. olive juice 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. capers, optional Brown meat; add garlic and chopped onions and chopped green peppers. Saute 5 minutes. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve with giant corn chips or tostados. Freezes. |
