CHINESE COLESLAW 
1 can smokehouse almonds, chopped
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 pkg. Top ramen noodles, crushed
3 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and torn into pieces

Dressing:

3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salad oil

Mix salad ingredients and toss with dressing. You can also use romaine lettuce instead of cabbage.
