GRAMMY GILMAN'S RAISIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. cold water
Pastry for 8-inch double-crust pie

In a saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Add all remaining ingredients except crust; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour into a prepared shell. Cut several slits in top crust and position over filling. Seal crust. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden. Yield: 6 servings.
