1 (29 oz.) can whole tomatoes or 4 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
3 jalapenos, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. flake oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 c. banana peppers, chopped
1 c. green peppers

Combine all ingredients. Heat until boiling. Cook for 30 minutes. Pour into jars. Cook and freeze. Makes several jars. Storing: freeze.
