SPINACH QUICHE | |
1/2 lb. shredded Jack cheese 1 sm. carton cottage cheese 1 sm. carton sour cream 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 4 eggs 1 smidge dry mustard 1 tsp. garlic powder 4 tbsp. flour 2 (1 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach (raw) Mix all ingredients together in 1 bowl. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes. Can be made a day ahead. If made ahead, bake for 20-25 minutes and cut in squares. 8 servings. |
