SPINACH CASSEROLE 
Chop 1 bag (approximately 1 to 2 pounds) fresh spinach. Mix:

8 oz. cottage cheese
5 tbsp. butter, cubed
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Add spinach. Mix well. Turn into large casserole dish or 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
