SPINACH AND SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 pts. minced dried onion (optional)
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. (2 c.) spaghetti, cooked and drained

Cook spinach according to package directions, drain well. Combine egg, sour cream, milk, Parmesan cheese and onion. Add Monterey Jack and mix well. Add drained spinach and spaghetti, mix well again. Turn into ungreased 6x10 inch dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, uncover and bake 15-20 minutes more.
