SPINACH-SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dry onion
2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese for top

1. Cook and drain spinach.

2. Combine ingredients.

3. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 15 minutes. Uncover, bake another 15-20 minutes.
