POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
6 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 c. cornflake crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place diced potatoes in dish. Heat 6 tablespoon butter with can of soup. Blend in sour cream, onion and cheddar cheese. Pour sauce over top of potatoes. Combine corn flake crumbs and 2 tablespoon melted butter and place on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
