GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 1/4 lb. ground chuck
3 eggs
Chopped onion, optional
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lb. pkg. frozen tater tots

Combine all ingredients except milk, soup and Worcestershire sauce. Pat in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange all the potatoes on top. Combine milk, soup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over potatoes and meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Five minutes before it is done, you can top with cheese slices if desired.
