STUFFED CANDIED APPLES 
Core and peel 6 or 8 cooking and place in saucepan. Cover with a cup of water and 3/4 cup sugar. Add enough red food coloring for a deep red color. Cook approximately 15 minutes or until tender enough to stick a fork in then let cool.

STUFFING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese at room temperature

Mix with enough milk to make creamy. Mix with lots of chopped pecans. Stuff apples plus a nice little wad on top for appetizing appeal.
