ENGLISH PEA AND CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 can English peas (sm. peas)
1 can cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken

Saute onion in butter. Combine with all other ingredients. Put in buttered casserole and dust with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
