PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
3 eggs, beaten
28 oz. can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (not pudding type)
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter, melted

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add milk and mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix. Press down lightly. Sprinkle on nuts. Drizzle melted butter on top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
