PILGRIM PUMPKIN PIE CAKE | |
4 eggs, slightly beaten 3 c. pumpkin (3 oz. can) 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves or 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 c. evaporated milk 1 yellow cake mix 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 c. (2 cubes) butter, melted Mix all but last 3 ingredients in order given. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture and drizzle melted butter evenly over cake mix and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. |
