CORN CHOWDER 
1 lb. pork sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1 onion, chopped
2 potatoes, diced
1 can chicken broth
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 sm. can whole corn
1 sm. can cream corn

Brown sausage (crumbled) lightly. Stir in 1 tablespoon flour. Meanwhile, cook potatoes and onions in chicken broth. Add milk, corn and sausage. Cook until thick and serve. Can thin with milk if you like.
