CORN CHOWDER 
1 lb. sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 lg. potatoes, diced
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. water (or just enough water to cook potatoes)
2 tsp. salt

Brown sausage and drain fat. Brown onion and add potatoes and water and salt. Simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are done. Stir in corns. Add milk and bring to boil. (The longer it cooks, the thicker it gets.) Served with biscuits and salad - makes a pretty good meal.
