STUFFING FOR FISH 
1 c. parsley, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. pine nuts or shredded almonds
3 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper, and allspice to taste

Fry nuts in butter until lightly brown. Add parsley and spices and saute for 1 minute. Stuff raw fish with mixture. Coat fish with oil and place in baking pan. To prevent fish from drying wrap with foil, greased with oil. Bake at 450 degrees in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until tender.
