STUFFING FOR FISH 
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbs
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
Onion salt
Seasoned salt
Minced garlic

OR PLAIN:

Ritz crackers
Oil
Water
Dash of salt & pepper
1 tbsp. cheese

Combine all ingredients and crumble over fish. When fish is cooked, dribble melted butter over top. Delicious over shrimp, scallops, etc.
