STUFFING FOR FISH 
3/4 c. celery
1 onion
3 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. hot water

Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion and celery until tender. Add to other ingredients and mix with hot water. Stuff fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
